Our focus is addressing the corporate finance needs of small and micro capitalization public companies, with market capitalizations in the $100 to $750 million range. Our advisory and investment banking services also include initial public offerings for issuers who will have after-deal market capitalization of $100 million or more, and private placements in the $10 to $25 million range.

In order for us to undertake an assignment, our policy is that one or more members of our team must have strong background on and familiarity with the industry structures of a client company's business.

Our firm is institutionally-focused, with no retail distribution. In situations where retail distribution is desirable, we partner with firms with the appropriate capabilities. The firm is an NASD-registered broker dealer trading and clearing as an introducing broker on a fully disclosed basis through Pershing & Company, a subsidiary of the Bank of New York.

In addition to the primary focus of our firm as outlined above, we offer advisory and placement agent services to venture capital, private capital, and hedge fund sponsors.
